This is my conference paper for the 2019 Conference on College Composition and Communication. It’s about using Critical Participatory Action Research (CPAR) in the context of faculty development and what I learned in the process of designing and co-facilitating a research group between interdisciplinary teachers of writing, professional writers, and undergraduate students who were studying the effects of racialized linguistic discrimination across our various institutional contexts.
